Use Physical and Fire Characters in the First Half
Enemies in the first half are weak to Physical and Fire. You can also use Lightning since most of them are weak to it. We recommend bringing Sustain characters that can apply Shields.
Use Wind and Ice Characters in the Second Half
Enemies in the second half are weak to Wind and Ice. You can also use Fire characters since some of the enemies are weak to it.
How to Beat Stage 8 - Cyber Mystery
Cyber Mystery First Half
Bring Shield Characters
Dreamjolt Troupe's Sweet Gorilla deals Ice DMG to itself and reduces its own DEF when it attacks a character that has a Shield on, so bring characters that can apply Shields to the party like Permansor Terrae.
Cleanse Alien Dream
Tomorrow in Harmonious Chords's abilities can inflict Alien Dream, which is a debuff that puts your character to sleep. Bring characters who can cleanse this debuff like Permansor Terrae or Huohuo.
Cyber Mystery Second Half
Defeat Mara-Struck Soldiers First
The Shape Shifter can summon Mara-Struck Soldiers and apply Draining Hit on them which restores their HP. Take them out first to dispel the Draining Hit effect and take down the Shape Shifter!
Use Healer Or Shielder For Monitor
The Malefic Ape's Wrathful Roar gives it Gusto and any character that uses their Skill while it has Gusto will get the Monitor debuff and get locked onto.
To avoid this, have your Tank or Healer use their Skill to get the Monitor debuff instead of your DPS. Alternatively, you can wait for the Malefic Ape to get exhausted or inflict Weakness Break on it before using your Skills.
