My guy, while I wholeheartedly agree with the first half of your rant, the fact that your Welt is doing more damage then JY is very questionable. Sounds like you sweated farming for Welt and decided f*ck it, I'm just going to put whatever relics I have on JY.
Just build him like the usual DPS with crit. EHR isn't wasted on him but damage is still better. You could go as low as 30% EHR for his debuffs.
what is the ideal stat for welt? other charcter have ideal stat but here on welts doesnt have

I hate your guide! You are nerfing him by a lot, only offering pure debuff build! Old man is flexible AF, can use a varity of builds, but you only offer one single one! Plus 67% EHR is bullshit! Most enemies can be imprisoned with even a low rate and those who are resistent rely on RNG EVEN with high EHR! Do your Homework by chance!

even if IL deals more damage (hello? Destruction character with 3 stacks to buff his standard attacks?) Welt is still a passable DMG dealer, especially considering his path.

This guide is getting more and more ridiculous as it doesn't even provide more than 1 build! Welt is NOT just "debuff Support", but ALSO DPS! So maybe you try offering both, a Support AND a DPS build for him? Or is this too hard of a task for you? Want to see my Welt? Wastelander Set + Salsotto and he deals AWESOME numbers! He even outdamages my Jing Yuan's Lightning Lord at 10 stacks! "DPS N/A", what a JOKE!
The part about the Eidolons is just straight up wrong. His E1 is practically useless, providing only a 4-6% damage increase in he form of an extra attack that only deals a portion of his trace attack multiplier, and it doesn't trigger the extra damage from his Talent either, while his E2 is one of the best ones in the entire game, supercharging his energy regen to the point my Welt, with an ERR rope, can use his ult every other turn, and it gets even stronger with E6.
uhh is Luocha your only healer? Welt is good if you plan to get Dr.Ratio.
I'm almost at 300 for Stellar warp freebie should I get Welt or Bailu seeing as I already have Luocha and Welts LC
