Why isn't Black Swans light cone suggested at all here? Like seriously it's so perfect for him! It's the only limited light cone I have pulled for and I did it just for him and it is wonderful on him. Yet it's not in his recommended light cones but it is for Gui? Anyway I highly recommend it on him. Ups his effect hit rate and boosts his attack if other dot is there. Definitely not a budgter option but amazing nonetheless!
FInally, we have Prisoner set which is optimal DOT build for Sampo. ^_^ Thank you, new sets!
I keep finding him so ii unlocked all of his Eidolons, plus i found his Light Cone twice so Super Imposition. My friends told me he is shit but my DoT team is amazing i love him! Also Right relics (3 golden ones) i mean he's so strong
Whoever rated his E4 a 3 star decent Eidolon clearly hasn't seen it in action, especially in SW Nihility path. His DoT re-triggers can proc multiple times the effects of Nihility blessings, like Offerings of deception (Heals 1% - 1,5% max HP per DoT trigger) and Before Sunrise (Restore 2/3 Energy per DoT trigger) and Funeral of sensory pursuivant (Adds a stack of suspicion on the target each time they take DoT damage) it's a 5 🌟 cracked eidolon and the ult can help set it up on multi target too
Should be updated, Sampo Team with Kafka as DPS. Also, aren't 4pc Twilight Line is much better for Sub-DPS Sampo? It speed up Sampo for 25% every time he uses Ultimate.

I use this man so much. I use Pela's light cone on him, but I wish I had his. This game likes to troll me.

Thx for the advice, made me reconsider my relics. Wich 2pc and Light Cone did you choose? I was lucky to get Welt's LC (yet not the char) so I end up using it. I'm not sure though if Eyes on the prey or Fermata would work better just because they directly buff break effect or dot.
4pcs Thief of Shooting Meteor is highly the best utility relics suited for Sampo Windshear DoT builds. Just take a very good look how Break Effect works not just weakness breaks but on various types of cases like DoT, Freeze etc.

no fr his DOT has yet to be outclassed by a The Hunt character for me. Easily best wind shear applier
Don't sleep on Sampo, especially in boss fights. His ability to increase DOT damage with his ult has let me hit higher numbers than Seele (yes actually lmao)
