Watch News or Debate Channel

The fastest way to increase Critical Thinking Skill is to watch the news or the debate channel. Both options should be available under Educational Programs, and you can repeatedly switch between them to increase Critical Thinking.

Write Books

Writing books is also a good way to raise your Critical Thinking Skill. The more you level up this skill, the more genres you can unlock and write.

Sell Books to Earn Meow

You can also sell any completed books for Meow. If you want to level your Critical Thinking Skill while earning money on the side, this is a great option.

If neither option above is accessible to you, you can make your Zoi think on the spot to increase their Critical Thinking Skill. This is free and can be found anytime under your Zoi's personal actions menu.
