Do Zois Have Memories?

Not Available in Early Access

Memories will not be available during the game's early access due to time constraints. It is currently unknown when this feature will be added in inZOI, though the developers have mentioned that it will be worked on in the future.

In the AMA session from their official Discord, the developers confirmed that they are looking to create a system where a Zoi can recall past interactions. This system will affect future conversations to create a more lifelike simulation.

A Recording System is Available

A recording system similar to memories will be implemented for a Zoi's major life events, such as marriage or divorce. Note that this is not the final name for the feature and is also not the full version of the memories system.

The developers mentioned in their AMA session that this recording system will serve as the foundation for the future implementation of the memories system.

Shared Memories Feature

Highlights Shared Events with Other Zois

Although the Memories feature has not been fully implemented yet, you can check out a similar function with Shared Memories.

This feature highlights and records significant events that happen between two Zois such as getting married, becoming business partners, and major conflicts among other things.

Access Through Relationships Tab (R)

Shared memories between two Zois can be through the Relationships tab (shortcut key: R). Click on the button just above the Zoi's portrait in the Relationships window to check the Zoi's shared memories with each other.

Relationship Log Records Feelings

Just below the Shared Memories section is the Relationship Log, where the Zoi records how they feel about certain actions or events that happened between the Zois. You can check this for a quick recap of events and understand how the Zois are feeling.
