Rookie Trainee is the starting career in the Idol Trainee Job Line. As an active career, you'll accompany your Zoi to Adam Entertainment to complete tasks and work toward promotion.

How to Join Rookie Idol Career
Reach Young Adult Age
Rookie Idol is only available to Young Adults. If you want to join this career, you can create a Zoi and set their age to Young Adult, or age up a Teen to successfully apply as an Idol.
Open Smartphone
Once you have a Young Adult, open your smartphone and go to the Career option. Look for Adam Entertainment to see all available Idol jobs.

Apply for the Rookie Idol Job
Choose Rookie Trainee next and hit Apply to join the Idol career. Adam Entertainment has two careers for all ages, so make sure you apply for Rookie Trainee and not Employee, as that's a different job.

Rookie Trainee Tasks
Morning Tasks
- Change into Practice Clothes (Wardrobe: 1 time within 3 Hours)
- Do Morning Dance Training (Practice Room Mirror: 3 times within 3 Hours)
- Practice Vocals (Microphone: 3 time(s) within 3 Hours)
Afternoon Tasks
- Work Out in the Fitness Room (Fitness Equipment: 3 times within 5 Hours)
- Do Afternoon Dance Training (Practice Room Mirror: 3 times within 5 Hours)
- Study Producing (Computer: 20 min within 5 Hours)
Tasks are divided into morning and afternoon tasks. All are time-limited, so make sure to complete them within the given time. Failing to do so will slow down your progress toward promotion.
Rookie Trainee Tips
Prioritize Vocal Practice
Vocal Practice takes a lot of time per session to complete. One way to save time is to focus on all three sessions first thing in the morning before moving on to other tasks.
Passively Gain Performance Skill
Vocal practices help Rookie Idols increase their Performance skill. If you're aiming to max this skill, that's even more reason to prioritize this task. That way, you can use your remaining time to keep practicing until you reach your desired level.
Do Light Exercises
For afternoon workouts, there are no specific exercises required to complete the task. To save time, choose easier workouts like Lifting Dumbbells and Lat Pulldowns, as they progress quickly compared to others.
Avoid treadmill and yoga exercises, as these take longer to finish.
Do Not Fail Any Task
Failing tasks not only slows your progress but also risks getting laid off in the Rookie Idol job. Since it's only available for Young Adults, staying in the role too long can also lead to termination once your Zoi ages into an Adult.
