inZOI - Can You Disable Aging

You can disable aging for Zois through the Simulation Options in inZOI. See if there is an option to disable aging and if you can check a Zoi's age.

Disable Through Simulation Options

Disable Aging

Aging can be disabled by changing the setting in Game Options under the Simulation tab. From there, change the Aging (My Zois) or Aging (Other Zois) option to Disable by clicking on the arrow buttons. This allows you to disable aging for your Zois and/or other Zois independently from one another.

The option to disable aging came with the April 4, 2025 Hotfix during the Early Access release of the game.

Can You Check a Zoi's Age?

No Way to Check Your Zoi's Age

In the Early Access release version, you will not be able to check your Zoi's current age. Zois will automatically age up after spending a specific number of days depending on their current age bracket.

All Age Groups and Lifespan

Days at Each Age Group

Age Group Duration
Newborn 1 day
Toddler 2 days
Child 7 days
Adolescent 5 days
Teenager 4 days
Young Adult 10 days
Adult 20 days
Middle-Aged 16 days
Senior* 35 days

*Seniors may live up to a maximum of 35 days. There is a high probability that they die off naturally before that.

These are the estimated number of days that Zois spend at each age group based on gameplay.

As an alternative to disable aging, you can instead slow it down by making the in-game days longer through the settings. The default setting is 96 minutes in real time for each day in your Zoi's life, you can change it from 48 minutes to 24 hours per day in-game.
