InZOI's simulation is highly detailed, but hospitals are one kind of institution that is too complex for the game right now.

According to the developers, adding full simulations of hospitals to the world of InZOI would be too complicated.

Hospitals May Be Added Later

Though hospitals are currently too complex to be supported in the current version of InZOI, they will likely be added in the future. Krafton did not specify when this could happen, however.

Support for hospitals may be added after launch, along with other complex simulation elements like an InZOI Active School System.

Mechanics Could Be Added Through Mods

InZOI will receive mod support eventually, raising the possibility that hospitals or mechanics involving complex medical care may be added by players via mods.

Mod support is currently scheduled for addition to InZOI in May 2025. More information will be released about what the mod kit can add.

Sick Zois Can Use First Aid Kit

In InZOI, Zois can fall ill and suffer from a variety of sources, and even die from their effects.

Since there is currently no hospital feature available in Early Access, players will need to purchase a First Aid Kit from Build Mode to rid your Zoi of ailments.

As InZOI's gameplay is expanded, the addition of hospitals could add new options for helping a Zoi recover from these potentially life-threatening conditions.
