The pending transaction issue on Steam has been fixed. Players should be able to purchase inZOI on Steam without any problems.
The error can be bypassed by navigating to your Steam Profile and head to Account Details, then open your Purchase History. Cancel the purchase for inZOI in the menu and restart the purchasing process in the game's store page.
Errors in purchasing inZOI is currently due to a delay in the Steam client. Currently, users may receive the notication "Your transaction cannot be completed because you have another pending transaction on your account" from Steam when encontering this issue.
Users may be assured that any transactions made while encountering this error will not be debited. The developers are currently in contact with Steam and may be resolved soon!
