You can build community lots by accessing Build Mode to make one from scratch or edit existing ones in inZOI. See how you can check community lot items available for building in the game.

Can You Build Community Lots?

Can Build on Editable Public Properties and Streets

Editable Property

You can build community lots on the streets or on public properties in Cities.

Have your player Zoi go to one of the public properties that have the "(Editable)" indicator on the top-left corner and press the building icon on the bottom-right corner to Edit Public Property/Edit Street.

Editing Editable Lots do not cost any Meow to your current family.

Do not press the I Key when in an editable lot as it will take you to the Build Mode screen of your house.

Convenience Store Community Lot

Several community lots are present in inZOI, such as playgrounds, convenience stores, carnivals, and internet cafés.

In these locations, you can engage in various activities for a more immersive experience and help your Zoi level up their skills!
