The fastest way to increase your Performance Skill is to sing using a microphone, which you can easily get by accessing build mode and purchasing it under hobbies.
Since all idol jobs have Vocal Practices as one of the tasks, you can raise your performance skill while working! Even if it doesn’t explicitly show it, you’ll notice that your performance skill keeps increasing while practicing.
There are three idol jobs available in the game. You start as a Rookie Idol and work toward becoming a Junior Idol and then a Senior Idol.

If you don't have access to a microphone or don't plan on buying one, you can visit the Coin Booth Karaoke in Dowon instead. Singing here can also improve your Zoi's performance skills.
You can also watch Music Broadcasts on the TV to boost your Performance Skill. The specific channel should be under the Entertainment Programs option.

At max Performance Skill level, your Zoi can book a comedy club performance or join singing competitions. You can schedule these performances using any computer.
These are both rabbit hole events, meaning your Zoi will take a taxi to the location and disappear for a while. No rewards are currently given for booking these events in Early Access, but future updates may flesh them out.
