Eat Food

Eating food can reduce the Uncomfortable Emotion when Hunger is below 30%. Zois can pick up food from Refrigerators, Vending Machines, Food Trucks and Stands, as well as drink from a Water Dispenser to sate their hunger.

Additionally, Zois can make food from a Refrigerator using the various recipes available in the game. Note that some recipes require specific Furniture and/or level in the Cooking Skill to unlock.

Go to Sleep

Zois will feel Uncomfortable when their Need for sleep is low. Head to a nearby bed to select "Get a Good Night's Sleep for Fatigue Recovery" for the Zoi to rest.

When no beds are nearby or are unavailable, Zois can opt to "Sit and Doze" on a chair or "Take a Nap" on benches to recover the Sleep gauge. Note that this is less effective than resting on a bed.

Use the Toilet

When the Need for Bathroom is low, Zois will feel Uncomfortable and will need to use the toilet. Use the nearest toilet available to remove the Uncomfortable emotion.

Take a Bath or Use the Faucet

Zois with a low Hygiene gauge can dispel the Uncomfortable Emotion by selecting the "Soothe Yourself with a Warm Bath" option in the shower or bathtub. When unavailable, Zois can opt to wash their hands or face in a faucet to increase the Hygiene gauge as well.

Additionally, Zois can "Spray Fabric Freshener" on the bed to increase the Hygiene gauge, or those with the Safety Value can choose to "Disinfect Bedding" instead for a larger increase.

Caused by Sickness or Low Needs

A Zoi will feel Uncomfortable when they are sick or when their Hunger, Hygiene, Sleep, or Bathroom Needs have yellow or red gauges. Regularly tend to a Zoi's Needs or use a First Aid Kit to cure their illness to avoid their Emotion.
