Change City Stability Settings by going to the Manage Zois option and accessing the Zoi Statistics tab in inZOI. See how to change city stability settings, what settings are available, and how to learn the karma status.
How to Change City Stability Settings
Go to Manage Zois Option, Then Access Manage City
You can change the City Stability settings by first going to the Manage Zois option. From there, access the Manage City tab and check which parameters you want to adjust.
Do note that the changes you've made will be applied gradually, as stated in the game's UI menu.
Check Karma Report After Changes Have Been Applied
You can also check the Karma Report tab under the Manage Zois option to see if the settings you've changed have resulted in the outcome you've wanted in the game.
The Karma Report shows all Zois living in the city, as well as their Karma Status in the game. This can help you better navigate what settings need to be changed during your playthrough.

All Settings
The table listed above shows what elements you can adjust in your city to help better manage the Zois and their overall Karma Status in the game.
Each element can be adjusted on your desired parameter, with the options being Highest, Very High, High, Slightly High, Medium, Slightly Low, Low, Very Low, and Lowest.
Positive/Negative Emotion Control
Emotional Control affects the duration of positive or negative emotions of your Zois.
Civic Consciousness
Civic Consciousness affects the success rate of karma interactions.
Friendships
This element affects the pace of progress in friendship.
Romantic Relationships
This element affects the pace of romantic relationships, proposal success rate, and the chances of having children.
Business Relationships
This element affects the pace of progress in business relationships.
Family Relationships
This element affects the pace of progress in family relationships.
Conversation Karma Positivity
This element affects Zoi preference for positive Karma conversations.
Conversation Negative Positivity
This element affects Zoi preference for negative Karma conversations.
City Sanitation
City Sanitation affects the rate at which Zois and furniture become dirty.
City Sanitation Increases Cleanliness Rate When Set to High
To be more precise, the City Sanitation setting increases the rate at which Zois and furniture become clean in the game. Setting the parameter to low will only increase the frequency of Zois to become dirty.
Fire Prevention Rate
Fire Prevention Rate affects the probability of fires when using household appliances.
Appliance Durability
This element affects the probability of household appliances breaking during use.
City Safety
This element affects the probability of Zois engaging in violent acts.
Note that setting this option to High increases the likelihood of Zois committing actions that lower their Karma, resulting to your city having a Caution on the Karma Management screen.
Health Level
Health Level affects the lifespans of Zois and the likelihood of diseases. One of these diseases will be the common cold that Zois can possibly get when waking up from sleep.
Dream Occurrence Rate
Dream Occurrence Rate affects the probability of having dreams when Zois are asleep.
Maximum Population
This element adjust the maximum population in the city.
Maximum Vehicle Count
This element adjust the maximum vehicle count in the city.
