How to Get Married
Reach High Romantic Relationship with Another Zoi
Marriage is possible when two Zois have reached True Love, the highest status possible for the Love Level. Zois at this level unlocks the "Ask Them to Marry You" option that leads to their engagement.
Choose the Ask Them to Marry You Option
After reaching the True Love status, select the Zoi and choose the "Ask Them to Marry You". Note that the proposal may fail if the notification for the Zois' engagement does not appear.
Once engaged, players can either select "Get Married" to marry immediately or plan a wedding through the Events app on your Smartphone. After the wedding, the Love relationship will change to Family, resetting the relationship level to Neutral.
Romance Changes to Family Relationship
Once two Zois become a Married Couple, their Romantic Relationship changes to a Family Relationship.
The names of their bond levels also change accordingly, and they are treated as spouses as long as the marriage lasts.
This can also change relationship dynamics, as spouses will express jealous behavior when their partners romance other Zois.
How to Plan a Wedding

Make a Wedding Event in the Schedule App
Open your Smartphone and select the Events app. Click on a time slot, then select Wedding for the Event Type. Players may set the event name, duration, and the location of the event.
Invite Guests and Set a Dress Code
After setting the event details, select the Zois you would like to attend the event in the Roles section of the menu.
Each Zoi under this menu can have their own Dress Codes as well as up to seven recommended and prohibited actions each.
Change the Newlyweds' Outfits
Remember to change the newlyweds' outfits to your preferred wedding attire. Head to Create a Zoi and change the Zois' outfits for the Dress Code set on the wedding.
Dead Zois Might Attend As Guests
In some cases, Zois that have already died may be seen attending the wedding as guests.
These Zois will participate like any ordinary guest and can even take on key roles in the wedding such as officiant.
This may be a bug, as Ghost play is still in development as of the current Early Access build.
Hold the Wedding
The wedding occurs on the time slot set in the Schedule. During the wedding, players may opt to press the play button on the Scripted Actions for the event to happen automatically or click on the Zois and manually select the actions.
Immediate Actions will be available next to the Scripted Actions as well. This allows the Wedding Guests to participate through various actions such as clapping and heckling. A notification will popup congratulating the Zois for their marriage after the event.
Wedding Venue Photo Booth
A Photo Booth will be available in the wedding venue whose functions are similar to the game's Photo Mode. Click on a Zoi to change their expressions and poses and adjust the slider located at the top right to change the time of day in the photo.
Move Houses and Assets
Now a married couple, an option to move houses and divide assets will appear, where the newlyweds are required to live in the same house.

Same-sex marriage is allowed in inZOI, allowing Zois to form Love relationships and marry regardless of gender. However, romantic gestures like kissing appear to be limited, though two male Zois can set the mood in bed.

Is Divorce Possible?
Divorce is Available After Multiple Conflicts
Married Zois can undergo Divorce if their relationship is soured after multiple Conflict actions occur between them. The option for Divorce appears once the relationship reaches the Distant level.
Note that asking for a Divorce will not always succeed the first time, as the partner Zoi may reject the offer. Persistent attempts of asking for Divorce will eventually succeed, where a popup notifying the Zois' Divorce will appear.
