Surfing is available in Bliss Bay after raising your Fitness level to 3 in inZOI. Learn how to surf, where to surf, and how to raise your fitness level.

Raise Fitness to Level 3

To get the option to start surfing, you'll need to raise your Fitness level to 3. You can do this by interacting with any fitness equipment you come across or even just practicing on a surfboard.

Find a Surfboard near Coastline

Once you have Fitness level 3, find a surfboard near the coastline. The surfboard has to be close enough to the water to get the option to surf. If it doesn't give you the option then find another surfboard along the coastline.

Only Available in Bliss Bay

As of the Early Access release, surfing is only available in the city of Bliss Bay around the Muscle Beach region. You will not be able to do surfing at Dowon for now.

Practice on the Surfboard

Practice on a Surfboard

Practicing your posture and paddling on the surfboard will raise your fitness. If you have no other equipment at home, you can head to the beach and practice on the surfboard instead.

Use Any Fitness Equipment

You can buy fitness equipment on Build Mode and add it to your home. Interact with fitness equipment to raise your Fitness level.
