Babies can be made by married Zois through pregnancy in inZOI. Find out other ways to have babies, when the Adoption System will be available, interactions for pregnant Zoi, and how pregnancy can fail in here!

How to Have a Baby
By Getting Pregnant
Suggest Having a Baby
You can get one of your Zois pregnant by using the "Suggest Having a Baby" interaction under Romance. This will prompt the Zois to enter the bedroom where a cutscene will occur. The couple must be married to do this, unmarried couples will not get the option.
Take a Pregnancy Test
After the short cutscene, one of your Zois will get the notification to "Take the Pregnancy Test" to find out if you were successful. You can click on the exclamation mark found around your Zoi's portrait to do this.
Go Through the Pregnancy
A pop-up will appear declaring the results of the test and notify you if the Zoi is successfully with child. At this point, you'll have to go through the pregnancy stage which is divided into early, middle, and late stages, lasting a total of 3 in-game days.
During this stage, editing the appearance of the pregnant Zoi is disabled until after childbirth.
Give Birth
After three days, you'll get a notification around your Zoi's portrait saying "Give Birth". Clicking this will trigger the childbirth process bringing the baby into the world. The baby will appear in a crib in the house after the short cutscene.
It is currently unknown if there are ways to influence the resulting baby's gender in-game.
Adoption Coming in May 2025
The Online Showcase revealed a Development Roadmap where the Adoption System will be implemented on May 2025. This can allow households to expand without the need for pregnancy or marriage.
The Adoption System will likely be done through a phone or computer similar to The Sims games.
Pregnancy Guide
Must Have Less Than 8 Zois in a Family
Pregnancy is guaranteed to fail if a family already consists of 8 Zois. When attempting to add another member, one member must pass away to free up a slot. Plan your family wisely to avoid this event.
What is the Max Number of Zois in a Household?
Pregnant Zois Have Additional Interactions
Pregnant Zoi have additional interactions with other Zoi around them related to their pregnancy. These include annoucing their pregnancy, feeling the baby in the stomach, experiencing food cravings, and other things.
Twins Likely Possible
While there have been no mentions from the developers regarding twins and triplets in the game, the early access teaser showed a family having two babies at once. This may hint to the possibility of having twins in-game via pregnancy.
