Zois Cannot Multitask

Multitasking is not available in the current Early Access build of inZOI.

However, Krafton has said that adding it as a future feature is a priority for the development team.

In the current Early Access build, Zois must queue actions one at a time, and cannot perform actions simultaneously.

Their actions are seen in an action queue at the bottom of the screen, where the queue can also be adjusted to the player's liking.

What is Multitasking?

Multitasking is a feature that allows multiple actions to be performed simultaneously without canceling any of them.

In The Sims 4, multitasking allows Sims to do things like talk while cooking or use their phone while sitting on a toilet. Multitasking makes for for more complex, realistic behavior.
