Buy the First Aid Kit from Build Mode

Open Build Mode by pressing the I Key. Type First Aid Kit on the search bar and press Enter for it to show up. Place it somewhere inside your house and resume playing.

Take Cold Medicine from First Aid Kit

Take control of the coughing Zoi and interact with the First Aid Kit. Choose Take Cold Medicine to cure the coughing zoi from their cold.

How to Check Coughing Zoi

Check the Source of Their Uncomfortable Mood

If your Zoi is uncomfortable but has all their Needs meet, it is likely that they are suffering from a cold. Hover your mouse over to the small blue circle to check if their uncomfortable mood is caused by the cold.

Zois Start Coughing If Left Untreated

If a Zoi's cold is left untreated, they will start to cough in between their actions. This is a sign to cure their cold right away using the medicine from the first aid kit.
