The only way to age up Zois is to let time pass inZOI. See how to age up Zois and speed up the aging process!

Let Time Pass

Male Age Groups

The only method to age up a Zoi is to let time pass. Zois will automatically age up after spending a specific number of days depending on their current age group. Listed below are the estimated number of in-game days that Zois spend at each age group:

Age Group Duration
Newborn 1 day
Toddler 2 days
Child 7 days
Teenager TBD
Young Adult 9 days
Adult TBD
Middle-Aged TBD
Senior TBD

How to Speed Up Aging of Zois

Fast Forward Time

InZOI - Playback Controls

To speed up the aging of Zois, use the playback speed controls at the bottom left of the screen, under the day and time. Just be mindful of your Zoi’s needs and status gauges to avoid negatively impacting their Karma.

Option Effect
Pause Stops Time
Slow 1x Speed
Normal 1.5x Speed
Fast 3x Speed
Very Fast 4x Speed

Note that you cannot use movement controls or disable Autonomy when playback speed is above 5x.

Shorten the Legth of Day

InZOI - Adjust the Length of Day

You can further speed up aging by shortening the in-game day through the Settings.

To do this, open Settings, select the Simulation tab, and adjust the Length of Day. The default setting is 96 minutes per day (real time). You can change it to anywhere between 48 minutes and 24 hours per in-game day.
