No Native Controller Support

According to the game's developers during a Discord AMA Session on February 28, 2025, inZOI will not have native controller support during its Early Access period.

The game only supports keyboard and mouse controls during launch.

The developers also mentioned during the Discord AMA Session that controller support will be worked on very soon after launch. However, they did not mention a specific date or time to expect this feature to be added into the game.
