i need help, i really want to try the inner thoughts but they don’t work. it says always “i have nothing in mind” and i really want to use that tool so please how can i fix it?

In both cities, pregnant zois cannot progress with pregnancy. Their bellies don't grow and they never give birth, instead remaining pregnant indefinitely. I have seen many other people have had this issue also.
