    This is worth posting again to reemphasize: do not accept a -spd ike under any circumstances. He needs his Potent(3rd) hit to be good. He will not get it under 30 speed, and at a neutral IV his speed is 30 at lv 40. The skill interactions have become too complex for me to understand, but I often run my H!Ike with Phantom Spd 3 seal just to make sure any debuffs he gets hit with aren't going to put him under that 30 speed threshold.

    Speed is most certainly NOT the preferred flaw, you need at least 30 to proc his B skill.
