We initially gave her a 9.5 because we were still testing her out against all the metagame threats, specifically all the different Far Save tanks with appropriate support. After testing, we believe she is deserving of 9.9, and will be promoted on the next Tier List update.
Why is she 9.5? she's the solution people have been waiting on and you tell me she's onky 9.5 and her base is 9.9 when OG can't even easily kill problematic units on the game at the moment?
After playing with her, she should definitely by a 9.9. Her style can switch between blue and green, which gives her many chances. She does so much damage and can have 80+ True DR thanks to in combat speed and Speedtaker. Her special lets her do a double scowl and gives her a special cooldown of -2 and she has brave as long as she doesnt have colour disadvantage, meaning she can kill Black Knight and the damage and DR she has with disadvantage is still good
Tbh she should be 9.9 instead of 9.5 because her A skill have Exposure and Triangle Adept, and thus since her Special is Archrival, she can kill Legendary Black Knight easily through weapon triangle advantage and full support.
