This map has no reinforcements and no refresher foes, making a Hit and Run strategy viable.
The enemies will not move until you either attack them, or step into the danger area. However, prolonging your attack will result in the Sword Fighter increasing his Spd with Speedtaker 3, the Cleric debuffing your team with Pulse Up:Ploy, and both Ced and the Sword Fighter reducing Special cooldowns with Infantry Pulse 4. Thus, it is best to attack immediately on turn one, before any of that happens.
On turn one, Fee is within range of a ranged cavalry unit. Defeat her immediately, and then use effects like Canto or movement assists like Reposition to get out of the danger area.
The enemies will then move forward, but be unable to reach your units. Simply take them out one at a time while ensuring your units are not in range of the enemy's attacks whenever you end your turns.
You can also adopt a tanking strategy to clear this map, as none of the enemies in this map are too threatening, even when their Specials are pre-charged with Infantry Pulse 4. Ced may pose a problem with his pre-charged Blazing Wind, but as long as your tanks have damage reduction effects or you have a Breath of Life 4 effect, you should be fine.
However, you may need cleansing support if your tank units are not invested enough, as the Cleric will apply various debuffs to your team. The Cleric has Pulse Up:Ploy to apply 【Ploy】 and 【Exposure】, and also has Incurable+ to inflict 【Deep Wounds】 and Glitter of Light to inflict 【Flash】 onto your units .
It does not matter too much where you send your tank unit to bait, as Ced will be able to reach that unit and trigger Blazing Wind. As long as you make sure your tank can survive both that and Ced's attack, the rest of the map shouldn't be too difficult.
Keep in mind that the Lance Flier has Air Orders 4, which will provide stats and mobility to Fee.
