+Res / -Spd

The best IVs for Halloween Nagi are +Res and -Spd. As a Far Save tank, Res should be invested into as much as possible to minimize incoming damage from ranged foes. Most ranged foes deal magic damage, and increasing Res improves Nagi's combat against those foes.

Halloween Nagi's Spd stat is a clear dump stat and should be taken as a bane as it will not impact any of her matchups.

+Res for a +10 merge

We recommend a +Res IV when merging Halloween Nagi up to +10 to further increase her Res stat and reduce as much damage from ranged magic foes as possible.

How to Use, Explanation

This build uses Shield Fighter paired with Emblem Marth's Ring to consistently trigger Aegis and minimize as much incoming ranged damage as possible. Opposing Stones also provides damage reduction against area-of-effect Specials, making Halloween Nagi one of the sturdiest Far Save tanks in the game.

It has the following effects built-in, with no conditions:

  • Accelerated Special trigger (-1).
  • Deals effective damage against dragon foes.
  • Neutralizes Nagi's armor-effective weakness.
  • Deals adaptive damage against ranged foes.
  • Grants Nagi a Distant Counter effect.
  • Grants Nagi a Time's Pulse 4 effect.
  • Grants Nagi 80% damage reduction against area-of-effect Specials.
  • Grants Nagi weapon-triangle advantage against colorless foes.
  • Inflicts weapon-triangle disadvantage on colorless foes attacking Nagi.

Opposing Stones also has multiple effects in-combat that help Nagi sustain herself:

  • Inflicts up to Atk/Def/Res-14 onto Nagi's foe based on number of allies within 3 spaces (automatically Atk/Def/Res-14 if Nagi triggers Savior).

Halloween Nagi's Harmonized Skill grants herself and allies from similar titles Atk/Res+6, 【Resonance: Shields】, neutralizes 'effective against dragons' bonuses, and 【Warp Bubble】 for 1 turn, neutralizes any 【Penalty】 on those heroes, and restores 30 HP to those heroes.

This is a good one-time use Harmonized Skill and is best used on key turns where Nagi is expected to absorb multiple attacks.
