Use Hit and Run Tactics

Enemies on this map are clumped together and the bridges are narrow, making it easy for them to gang up on a unit.

Using hit and run tactics with units that have either Canto or Trace skills will ensure that you can attack and move out of range safely.

Alternatively, you can use dancers to get your allies to safety.

Tanky units with A/R Far Save 3 are going to help to take out the ranged units, keeping your more fragile units safe.

Gonzalez himself is pretty speedy, but a tank with either Quick Riposte 3 or similar will be able to take damage from him and either take him down or tick his HP low enough for your other units to finish him off.
