Petrine: Icy Flame-Lancer Strategy

Watch out for the numerous debuffs!

Petrine has Lull Spd/Res 3 and Threat. Atk/Def 2, while the Cleric has Fear+ and Sudden Panic 3.

This means that there are several ways that your units will get debuffed, reducing their firepower and defenses.

You can counter this with units that cancel out penalties like Brave Hector and Brunnya or using Harsh Command+.

Petrine deals damage using your unit's Res!

Petrine's Flame Lance deals damage using your unit's Res, so pitting a tanky unit with high Def but low Res is extremely risky as she can potentially one-shot them.

You can use units that have high stats in both Def and Res or a green magic user as Petrine's Res is lower than her Def.
