A Legendary or Mythic Effect is granted to a Legendary or Mythic Hero when they are summoned.

These effects grant benefits to other units that carry the same Blessing if they are in the same team.

There are 8 different types of Blessings with different attributes - Fire, Earth, Water, Wind, Light, Dark, Astra, and Anima.

You Can Bless Your Units

Confer Blessing Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.PNG

Examples of Blessing Effects

Blessed Hero Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.png

Here we can see Valentine's Lif with two different Blessings.

In the top picture, he wasn't paired with any Legendary Hero with the Wind Blessing, and thus received no effects.

However, in the lower picture, he was deployed with an ally Hrid who is a Wind Legendary hero and had an effect that granted HP+3 and Def+4.

As shown, Valentine's Lif received the Blessing effects when he entered battle with Hrid.

Blessing Effects Can Overlap

In this example, we can see what happens when Valentine's Lif enters battle with two Legendary Heroes as his allies.

Here, alongside Hrid, Legendary Eliwood was also deployed. His Legendary Effect grants HP+3 to allies.

This means that Lif received a total of HP+6 from both Hrid and Legendary Eliwood, bumping him to 45 HP.

The Pair Up Feature

Pair Up Hero Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.PNG

Legendary Heroes who have the Pair Up ability can enter battle with a partner. With this feature, you can freely swap between the two units.

The partner will receive bonuses to their stats from the Legendary Hero they are partnered in who has this ability.

You can access this feature through the Interact With Allies tab in the Allies menu.

This ability can only be used in the following game modes:

How to Use Blessings

Where and When You Can Get Blessings and Effects

Hero Current Season Blessing Effect Granted?
Hríd - Icy Blade ImageHríd Wind Season Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.pngWind Season Wind Blessing Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.pngWind Blessing Yes

You can obtain Blessings when you summon a Legendary or Mythic Hero and certain game modes.

Once they are summoned, you receive a copy of the Blessing the Legendary or Mythic Hero that is attributed to them.

You will need to check which season is active in order to receive the effects of a Blessing.

For instance, in the example above, if Hrid is deployed with another unit that has a Wind Blessing and it was Wind season, the unit will receive the effects from Hrid's Wind attribute.

Blessed Gardens

Blessed Gardens Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.png

The Blessed Gardens are a game mode that only Blessed Legendary Heroes and units can enter.

You can earn Blessings, Orbs, and Feathers by clearing these maps.

Blessed Gardens can be accessed in the Multi-Map Battles section in the Story Maps area.

When You Can't Give Blessings

You cannot give or change Blessings to Legendary or Mythic Heroes as they already have their own when they were summoned.

Legendary and Mythic Heroes Cannot Receive Blessings

Legendary or Mythic Heroes do not receive the effects of being in the same team as another Legendary or Mythic Hero with the same Blessing.

The effects will only be granted to normal units that have been blessed.

You Can Freely Switch Blessings

You can switch the Blessings of any unit as long as they're not a Mythic or Legendary Hero.

Are Blessings Effective in Aether Raids and Arena?

You Can Use Blessings in Aether Raids and Arena

Aether Raids Team Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.PNG

Blessings are very effective in Aether Raids and the Arena.

Because seasons change every week, it's important to build teams that utilize different Blessings per season.

Blessings Are More Powerful if the Bonus Unit is a Legendary or Mythic Hero

Aether Raids Effect Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.PNG

If you the bonus unit you're using is a Legendary or Mythic Hero, not only will this unit grant bonuses to their allies, but also give themselves additional effects and bonuses.

As pictured above, Yune gains additional benefits when she is deployed on Aether Raids Defense and Offense during Dark season.

She will also get HP+10 and Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 if she is a bonus unit, as well as gain double EXP and SP.

What Happens When You Bless a Unit?

Team Benefits

Same Blessing Team Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.PNG

As previously mentioned, going into battle with a Legendary or Mythic Hero with the same Blessing will grant bonuses to the other units on the same team.

For this reason, it's good that as much as possible to compose your team centered on a Legendary or Mythic Hero and have the rest of the team with matching Blessings.

SP Gains Are Doubled

Blessed Hero SP Gain Fire Emblem Heroes FEH.png

A Blessed unit will gain double SP provided they are still alive after the battle.

This takes effect regardless of the season so if you're thinking of building a unit, giving them a Blessing before grinding for SP is highly recommended.

The best part is that this effect also overlaps during the weekend where SP gains are doubled. In this instance, your unit can gain +12 SP just by defeating an enemy unit.

"If you the bonus unit you're using is a Legendary or Mythic Hero, not only will this unit grant bonuses to their allies, but also give themselves additional effects and bonuses." The word "you" should probably be removed, on this sentence that's below a picture of Yuna above.
