Can Phantom Spd 3 work with F L!Byleth's C Skill Goddess bearer? Specifically the Null Follow up part? Here is the ability: At start of turn if unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+7,Null Follow-Up, and the following status to unit for 1 turn: "Unit can move to a space adjacent to any ally within 2 spaces. Null Follow-Up: If unit's Spd > foe's Spd during combat, neutralizes effects that guarantee foe's follow-up attacks and effects that prevent unit's follow-up attacks for 1 turn
