The best IVs for Sheena are +Atk and -Spd. Sheena has bad offensive stats and since she has no chance on being a reliable follow-up attacker, it is just best to focus on improving her Atk. As said, Spd should be taken as a bane because it is unreliable and leaving her HP, Def and Res untouched would be best for her bulk.

How to Use, Explanation

This is a build for Sheena using her weapon refine. Distant Counter allows her to counterattack regardless of range, Slick Fighter gives her a guaranteed follow-up attack, while A/R Far Save allows her to take damage in place of her allies. Weapons Accelerate Special Trigger

Sheena's weapons the Killer Axe+ and Crimson Axe accelerates her special cooldown by 1 count. It makes it easy for Sheena to trigger special attacks and this is ideal for her because she relies on special attacks to deal lots of damage. Neutralizes Armor-Effective Damage

Svallin Shield neutralizes effective damage against Sheena. This means that she will take normal damage from weapons like Armorslayer+.

Buff Armored Units' Defenses

Sheena's C skill, Fortify Armor boosts adjacent armored units' Def/Res by +6. It is powerful and pretty easy to trigger, and this makes Sheena a good candidate for a support unit in armored-emblem teams.

Low Offensive Power

Sheena's high defenses are at the cost of Atk power She has both bad Atk and Spd which makes it very hard for her to dish significant amounts of amage.. Consider inheriting skills like Bonfire or Aether onto her to have some kind of damage output mechanic. Relying on specials to deal damage works well with her weapons as Killer Axe+ and Crimson Axe accelerates her special cooldown by 1 count.

Weak to Armor Effective Weapons

Sheena takes 1.5x damage from armor-effective weapons like Armorslayer+, and one blow from this type of weapon is sure to take her down. Make sure you know what weapons you are up against before hopping too far into the line of battle!

However, if you stick with her native A skill, Svalinn Shield, this weakness will cease as Svallin Shield neutralizes damage effective against armored units.
