One thing that would be worth mentioning is to use Lionel for grinding money, since he gets extra coin (scaling with his level) for every spoils he picks up. It's his level times 20, so at level 25 for example, he'd get 500 coin per bag extra, making Close Quarters Combat even more efficient once he is able to solo it.
