Groma can hit enemy units hard but needs to be close to enemy units to be effective. Once you unlock Groma's second weapon rank, you can purchase the upgrade to increase the damage dealt when Groma's Cross Counter activates. This skill will trigger when Groma successfully evades an enemy's physical atack.
If you unlock Groma's last weapon rank, you can obtain her Skyward Fist ability, which is useful on enemy units that are near Groma but is at a higher position, like a cliff or at the roof of a building

Trying her out, so far her stats are kinda bad. Her main attack is as weak as Anna and her best stat (Evasion) is only 1 better then Anna's. The best thing about her is that she ignores collision and can backstab units and position well. I think you can't get the others if you go golden route.
