In Chapter 8, you need to choose whether you're going to accept or reject Silvio's offer. Read on to learn about the route differences, which battle is easier, and whether you should accept or reject Silvio's offer in Triangle Strategy.

For Chapter 8, we recommend rejecting Silvio's offer for an easier battle. Either of the choices will result to Silvio turning on you and you have to battle his men either way.
Rejecting his offer will result to a battle where all you need to do is to defeat Rufus for you to win. This is a lot easier compared to the battle when you accept his offer where the condition for winning is to defeat all enemy forces in the battlefield.
To defeat Rufus, you can use the Quietus Lightwave to get your strongest unit closer to him. Alternatively, you can have a magic user, like Narve, to attack him since physical attacks do not deal much damage to him.
How to Use Quietus and How to Get more Quietus Points (QP)
The choices you make in Chapter 8 do not affect any route you'll go through as you progress through the game. The branches will unify in Chapter 9: Dwindling Light without drastic effects to the rest of the story.
