Joins Through Character Stories

Julio joins through Character Stories. Characters who will join your party from Character Stories are affected by Serenoa's Conviction. You need to reach a certain number of points for Morality, Utility, and Liberty to get them. However, these values are hidden on your first playthrough. The only way for you to check how many points you have gathered for each is to finish your first playthrough and unlock New Game Plus.

You'll know a character story is available by checking its icon on the lower right section of the map. Press the + button to watch the character story and possibly recruit a new member of your team!

Julio Aptitude

A master of tactics and TP!
Description 1	Grants TP to allies
Description 2	Lowers the TP of enemies

To put it simply, Julio is your TP guy! His aptitude allows him to grant TP to allies and lower the TP of enemy units. Having a constant source of TP allows your team to exploit TP-consuming abilities that deal devastating blows to enemies.

Don't forget that you can restrict the enemies' abilities by taking away some of their TP too!

Julio's second weapon rank contain the upgrade Moment of Truth TP -1, which is incredibly useful especially if you always use Julio in battles to have a constant supply of TP for your team. Reducing the amount of TP used by this ability will allow Julio to use it more often instead of waiting for his own TP to regenerate.
