Peach has the highest HP stat out of all characters, especially between Levels 10 and 19, so it is recommended to use the bonus on HP to increase this stat further in the early game.

Peach is the best character to use as a healer out of all the characters. Instead of using the bonus to increase Power stat, you can use it on the Special stat to increase the effectiveness of Peach's healing abilities.
If you are using this build, consider equipping Peach with the Lazy Shell (Armor) to boost her Defense and Magic Defense at the cost of lower Attack and Magic Attack.

・Endgame Healer ・Status effect inflictor |
Simply referred to as Toadstool in the original game, Peach is the Princess of the Mushroom Kingdom and is sought out by Mario apart from the Star Pieces.
Peach is the game's main healer. Having a selection of healing spells and the ability to revive allies, she can ensure that the party is always in top condition during combat.
Peach's status-inflicting moves can temporarily "take out" enemies by disabling their attacks. You can put enemies to Sleep using Sleepy Time to prevent them from acting, or Mute them to stop those that are spamming their status-inflicting abilities.
Peach will be the last to join your party; she will join upon being brought back to the Mushroom Kingdom after you rescue her in Marrymore. She will join the party at Level 9.

Best Equipment for Each Character
Weapon | ATK | How to Get |
---|---|---|
Frying Pan | +90 | Buy from the Treasure Hunter in the Moleville shop for 300 coins after getting the 6th star. |
Peach's strongest weapon is the Frying Pan, which boasts an attack stat of 90. The weapon can be obtained by purchasing it from the Treasure Hunter at the Moleville Shop after obtaining the 6th Star Piece.
Armor | Description |
---|---|
Royal Dress |
Attack: - Defense: +48 Magic Attack: - Magic Defense: +24 Speed: - How to Get: Buy from Croco at the Bowser's Keep shop for 100 coins after defeating Magikoopa. |
Lazy Shell (Armor) |
Attack: -50 Defense: +127 Magic Attack: -50 Magic Defense: +127 Speed: -50 Effect: Immunity to status and most elemental attacks. How to Get: Give Seed and Fertilizer to gardener in Rose Town, then climb the vine. |
Royal Dress is the best armor you can equip to Peach. It has 48 Defense and 24 Magic Defense, making it useful for a balanced build.
If you are using Peach as a main healer, it is recommended to equip the Lazy Shell (Armor). It has 127 Defense and Magic Defense, allowing her to withstand powerful attacks from enemies and bosses. The decreased speed can also actually help Peach as it will allow her to heal after all the damage for the turn has been dealt.
Accessory | Description |
---|---|
Safety Ring |
Attack: - Defense: +5 Magic Attack: - Magic Defense: +5 Speed: +5 Effect: Prevents instant death attacks and negative status effects. How to Get: Get in the underwater room behind barrels at the Sunken Ship. |
Jinx Belt |
Attack: +27 Defense: +27 Magic Attack: - Magic Defense: - Speed: +12 Effect: Prevents instant defeat. How to Get: Defeat Jinx for the third time at Monstro Town. |
Seeing that Peach is a support party member, equipping her with a Safety Ring will keep her from being taken down immediately from powerful attacks. This also prevents her from being Muted that can stop the party from being healed.
But if you need boosts for Peach's stats, Jinx Belt is a great choice as it increases the wearer's Speed as well as the damage they deal with normal attacks and defensive capabilities. This can also help mitigate the stat drops from the Lazy Shell Armor.
