The Super Slap can be obtained from the Trial Course, where you have to choose one of six doors and complete the challenge inside it, which is either an action course, battle course, or puzzle course. The Super Slap is at the end of one of the action courses.
The doors are randomized for every game and you simply have to get lucky to get the course where the Super Slap is. After you complete a course, though, its door will get marked, so just keep beating other courses until you find where the weapon is.
