What Does the Safety Ring Do?
Prevents Mortal Blows and Negative Status Effects
Equipping the Safety Ring prevents the wearer from being affected by mortal blows or instant death attacks and negative status effects including Mute, Sleep, Poison, Fear, Mushroom, and Scarecrow.
The accessory also increases the wearer's Defense, Magic Defense, and Speed by 5 points.
How to Get Safety Ring
At the Hidden Underwater Room Behind the Barrels in Sunken Ship
You can find the Safety Ring inside the hidden underwater room guarded by a Blooper and its kids in the Sunken Ship.
To find the room, look for the door hidden behind the barrels on the left side.
