Paying Frog Coins for Monster List Completion is recommended for completionists only. Monster List Completion provides no gameplay merit, but can get expensive when aiming for 100%.
See Ya is an item that allows you to escape from regular battles guaranteed. This is the item that you should prioritize getting since it reduces the hassle of escaping from battles, and it's relatively cheap as well!
See Ya - Effects and How to Get
Exp. Booster doubles the experience received of the character that has it equipped. Only the equipped character will receive double experience, but this item is highly recommended since it allows low level characters to catch up to the party.
Exp. Booster - Effects and How to Get
Boosting items like Party Bracer and Party Energizer are powerful, but are a bit difficult to use. However, it's always good to have them in hand for battles against bosses and other powerful enemies.
Earlier Times returns everything other than items to their state at the start of a battle, while Coin Trick doubles coins obtained in battles. They have unique effects, but are a bit difficult to use, so prioritize them the least.

If you miss the Thought Peek scan on every single missable enemy in the game, this will run you back a hefty 300 Frog Coins to complete, so be sure to catch all the Missable Enemies ahead of time and if you don't, get ready to farm some Frog Coins!
