This is a walkthrough on how to get the fourth Star Piece in Super Mario RPG Remake. Read on and see a detailed guide on getting the fourth star piece and the bosses to defeat in order to progress!

How to Get the Fourth Star Piece

Step 1[Coal Mines] Play the Railroad Minigame at the back of the Mine
Step 2[Booster Pass] Pass through the Booster Pass into the Booster Tower
Step 3[Booster Tower] Defeat the Clown Brothers in Booster Tower
Step 4[Marrymore] Defeat Bundt and Raspberry in Marrymore and Recruit Peach
Step 5[Tadpole Pond] Talk to Frog Sage in Tadpole Pond
Step 6[Star Hill] Obtain the Fourth Starpiece in Star Hill

Mines After Obtaining Third Star Piece

Super Mario RPG - Post Punchinello areaAfter defeating Punchinello and obtaining the star piece, the wall will break and a new path will appear. use it and proceed to the next zone.
Super Mario RPG - Moleville Mines minecart minigame controlsAs you go deeper, the minecart minigame will trigger
Minecart (Moleville Mountain).
After the minigame, leave the area to trigger an event. Once done, exit and proceed to Booster Pass.

Moleville Walkthrough, Map, and Hidden Treasure Chests

Booster Pass

Upon entering the first area of Booster Pass, keep jumping north until you reach the highest ground of the hill near the entrance. Get on top of the cactus there and jump to reveal the Flower.
There is a hidden chest near the exit of the current zone. Jump on the left northernmost corner to reveal the Rock Candy.
Proceed to the next area after you get the chest.
Climb the rock towers the top right of the zone to proceed to the next area.
Proceed without climbing the steps and go to the right side to get a Flower.
A note can be found pinned on a wall in Booster Pass denoting that the Monster List Agent is near. When you enter the hollow area, you will find that you can 'Talk' to someone inside it.
Climb the steps near the entrance of this zone to move to the next map, Booster Tower.

Booster Pass Walkthrough, Map, and Hidden Treasure Chests

Booster Tower

An event will trigger after you enter the Booster Tower
When you interact with the door, an event will occur and Bowser will join your party!
Optional: Go back to Moleville to buy armor for Bowser.
Open the door and enter it.
step 4 pathAfter entering the door, proceed through the passage above the steps to the next room.
Climb the stairs and proceed through the passage to the next room. There will be Snifits walking down the stairs but you can easily avoid them if you stick close to the walls.
There is also a Hidden Treasure in the northernmost corner containing a Frog Coin.
Proceed through the path on the right to the next room.
You can get a Flower Tab from the wall between the box on the right.
┗Go to the corner on the left and a battle with a Snifit will begin.
Proceed to the next room from the passage at the top of the stairs.
If you successfully fall into the seesaw and launch yourself, you'll be able to obtain the Masher.
Press the exclamation mark switch and proceed to the next room. After the switch is activated, a new room will appear on the left side of Booster Pass which contains a Frog Coin and Croaka Cola.
Proceed to the next room from the path at the top of the stairs.
You can go through the curtain to see an interesting scene.
Climb the stairs using blocks as footholds and proceed to the next room from the third elevated area. You can completely avoid the enemy by sticking near the wall while going up.
Proceed to the next room through the passage at the top of the stairs.
Use the save point in the center then proceed to the next room.
Obtain the Elder Key by taking a look at the 6 Booster Family Portraits from the wall from oldest to youngest.
After getting the Elder Key, open the locked room near the entrance of the portrait room and touch the chain chomp to get Bowser's weapon, Chain Chomp.
Exit the room and go through the the lower right passage.
Get on the seesaw at the top of the stairs. There is also a Treasure Chest near the seesaw that contains a Mushroom.
Climb up the steps and go through the passage at the top to the next room.
Enter the gap to get a Frog Coin.
There is also a Hidden Treasure which contains a Frog Coin.
Obtain the coins and keys in the room then proceed to the next room through the passage on the left (positions marked as green in the image will involve a battle with the enemy so avoid them).
After getting the room key, you can open the locked door and obtain a Zoom Shoes.
Go back to the previous room and enter the other room on the left. Proceed to the next room through the path at the top of the stairs.
An event will occur when you enter the center part of the room and before the bomb explodes, go to the next room through the lower right passage.
Proceed to the next room through the path at the top of the stairs.
After saving at the save point, proceed to the next room through the passage in the lower right.
You can obtain a Frog Coin from the treasure chest in the upper left.
Go to the southeast corner near the exit and jump to reveal the containing a Mushroom.
Go on top of the Frog Coin chest and jump to reveal the hidden chest which contains a Goodie Bag.
Get Caught to Fight Booster (Reco. Level: 8)
When you try to proceed to the next room from the path in front of you, the curtain minigame will start.
Getting caught twice or less rewards you with an Booster's Charm and getting caught three times will start a battle with Booster.
Curtain Minigame Guide and Rewards
Proceed again to the next room after the minigame, a cutscene will play and the battle against the Clown Brothers will start.
How to Beat Grate Guy and Knife Guy
After defeating the Clown Brothers, the Booster Hill mini-game will start and once that's over, you can head to the next zone Marrymore.

Booster Tower Walkthrough, Map, and Hidden Treasure Chests

Marrymore

Get new equipment from Marrymore Hotel located on the left of Marrymore.
There is also a Hidden Treasure on Marrymore Hotel's regular room. Get on top of the bookshelf at the west corner of the room and jump to reveal the chest which contains the Frog Coin.
Talk to the residents in front of the church to trigger an event.
The front door of the church is locked so enter through the back door.
Go down the stairs in front of you and proceed to the next room.
Go up the stairs in the back left and proceed to the next room.
jump response marrymoreWhen you go to the center of the room, an event will occur and you will be asked to say something. Respond by jumping.
Rush in at the same time to open the door. This can take many tries as it can be difficult to time but patience is the key here so don't give up!
Use the save point then rush in at the same time as Bowser to open the door.
After the event ends, a mini-game will begin where Mario will collect the jewelries Peach lost. Talk to the Snifits running around to retrieve the stolen jewelries. The scene you get after the mini-game will depend on your performance in this mini-game.
Marrymore Wedding Minigame
Defeat Bundt and Raspberry
(Reco. Level: 9)
After collecting the jewelries, the mini-game will end. Talk to Booster and an event will occur and the battle between you and Bundt and Raspberry will start
How to Beat Bundt and Raspberry
After defeating Bundt and Raspberry, Peach will join the party.
An event will occur after trying to exit the church. Exit the church after the event and go exit Marrymore. You will automotically get transported to Mushroom Kingdom.

Marrymore Walkthrough, Map, and Hidden Treasure Chests

Mushroom Kingdom (3rd)

An event will occur once you head inside the castle.
After reaching the innermost area of the castle and seeing the event, Peach will be removed from the party.
When you get out of the castle, another cutscene will play. Talk to Peach and she will rejoin the party.
Head to Tadpole Pond through the path on the bottom or the right area. You can also open the Map and go there directly.

Mushroom Kingdom Walkthrough, Map, and Hidden Treasure Chests

Tadpole Pond

Upon arriving on Tadpole Pond, use the Tadpoles as stepping stones to reach Frog Sage.
Talk to Frog Sage. He won't talk to you if you haven't given him a Cricket Pie yet, which you can get from the Mushroom Kingdom item shop.
Go back and exit the area then head to the area Star Hill.

Star Hill

Talk to the flower in front of the star to open it.
Interact with the 5 star flowers in the area to open the next area. Go to the next area.
Interact with the 6 star flowers and the star keyhole will open. Go to the next area.
Go to the top area to obtain the fourth Star Piece
