How to Get Pendulum Blueprint

Complete the Storm the Stronghold Faction Mission

You'll need to complete the Storm the Stronghold DMZ Mission to obtain the Pendulum Blueprint. This mission is under the Tier 1 Legion Faction Missions.

stronghold key from enemy
Get a Stronghold Key. You can obtain a key from a Buy Station for $5000, or you can take out guards outside a Stronghold to try and get a key from them.

unlock stronghold
Use the key to enter a Stronghold.

clear out the stronghold
Clear out all the enemies inside a Stronghold.

DMZ Faction Mission - Secure White Lotus Intel
Search the bodies of guards to loot the White Lotus Intel. This completes the mission.
