All of the progress for drops can be worked on simultaneously meaning you can simply watch any eligible stream for 1 hour and you can claim all the rewards. Drops progress can be monitored by clicking on your profile icon or through the Inventory screen.

Twitch drops for Modern Warfare 2 have ended. Players were previously able to get drops by heading over to any eligible stream and watch for the required time to get the rewards.
Release Date and Time Countdown: When Does MW2 Come Out?
Earn a Blueprint, Sticker, Charm, Calling Card and Emblem by watching streamers in the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 category during the designated windows.
Do note that not every stream in the category gives drops and you'll have to watch a streamer that has Drops Enabled in their stream to get the drops.
