Swift Sneak cannot be found in any regular loot chest and can only be looted from chests in Ancient Cities. Ancient Citites are found underground in Deep Dark Biomes, but watch out for Wardens that can spawn in these areas.
Swift Sneak is most useful in Deep Dark biomes where even the slightest sound you make could inadvertently summon a Warden. By sneaking, you can avoid tripping Sculk Sensors which trigger nearby Sculk Shriekers.
If a Warden has already been summoned, Swift Sneak can also help you manuever quickly while avoiding detection.
