please update, i have now a weapon 118 and is not the better.
as of update 1.05 the max level is 117 maybe 118, you can get this gear by doing T3 Daily Trails

As of 7/6, it looks to be that players are able to earn 113 armor and weapons from playing the game normally. With artifacts its different. Players are able to earn artifacts, with a level of 113, from playing the game normally. Artifacts can also be earned from the level completion chest, or the Obsidian Chest, with as high as a score of 115 (currently). Weapons and Armor: Max 113 Artifacts: Max 115
I’ve only seen 114 artifacts and 113 items. What is max character level now? I’m 130-something and doesn’t appear maxed.

I got a 114 power artifact
They have the same. you just need to be lucky. that's all you need.

That's because it's the highest power level you can get. It's obvious that it would not be easy.
It's hard to get a 108 weapon or armor. I always get 100-102 power.
That's too bad. I have friends that I can play with so It's not really that boring for me.
I like it but I have a game that I like more haha. It doesn't require any luck compared to MD so I can waste my time playing it.

I really hate games that require a lot of luck. If I normally spend time playing the game, I won't still get a unique gear, even a 108 power gear. I need to waste more time than other people just to get one.
As long as you battle the last difficulty in Apocalypse mode, you'll have a chance to get a 108 gear or artifact.
I got mine yesterday. I think you will get it as long as you always play the game. But I wished I got an armor instead of a weapon.
I got 104 power when I got that scythe. Basically if you reached 97 power level, you can obtain items from 100-108.
