The Minecraft Dungeons official website offers direct links for purchasing the game on each platform it is available on.

After selecting a platform and choosing which version you want to buy, it will transfer you to the selected platform's store page, allowing you to purchase the game from the store website directly from your PC or smartphone.

How to Download the Game from Each Store

The games are available for purchase from the in-console Store for each platform. Learn how to purchase the game from each available console store!

How to Download on PC (Microsoft Store)

  1. On your PC, select Start, then from the apps list select Microsoft Store.
  2. In Microsoft Store, select Games, and search for Minecraft Dungeons.
  3. Select Buy to purchase the game.
  4. After your purchase is complete, you can choose Install to begin the download.

If you've downloaded the game before, but can't find it to install it, follow the instructions below.

  1. Open the Microsoft Store, then select the three dots at the top-right next to your account picture.
  2. Select My Library.
  3. If Minecraft Dungeons has a Download icon next to it, then it hasn't been downloaded yet. Select the Download icon to download the game.

How to Download on Xbox One (Microsoft Store)

Purchase the game from the Microsoft Store

You can purchase a game from the Microsoft Store on any device connected to your Microsoft account, including your Xbox One, PC, or Mac.

Install the Game on your Xbox One

After you've purchased the game and downloaded it from the Microsoft Store to your Xbox, it will start installing automatically. Check the Queue section of My games & apps to check the progress of the download.

If you prefer to install the game later, you can instead go to My games & apps, then Games, and select the game title. Then, press the Menu button, and then select Install.

How to Download on PS4 (PlayStation Store)

  1. From the PS4 Home menu, access the PlayStation Store.
  2. Click the Search button at the top of the screen and search for Minecraft Dungeons. Note that the game may not appear when searching only for “Minecraft”, so be sure to enter the full title when searching for the game.
  3. Click the Download button to begin downloading Minecraft Dungeons.
  4. Depending on your internet connection, the time required to complete the download will vary.
  5. After the download has completed, you will be able to start playing Minecraft Dungeons from the PlayStation main menu.

How to Download on Nintendo Switch (Nintendo eShop)

Download from the Nintendo eShop

  1. Choose the Nintendo eShop on the HOME Menu to launch the Nintendo eShop.
  2. Choose the account you want to use.
  3. Search for Minecraft Dungeons, and select it to visit the game details page.
  4. Choose Proceed to Purchase.
  5. The download will begin automatically. Go back to the HOME Menu to check the download status.
  6. Go back to the HOME menu and select the game to begin playing.
