With a variety of Enchantments available in Minecraft Dungeons, it can be hard to choose between them. Check our handy tier list to learn which Enchantments are best to make your character a powerful force of nature, and which you should avoid!

List of S Tier Enchantments

Enchantments in the S Tier should be prioritized when they appear. Although the effectiveness of all Enchantments depend on your Build, consider changing some of your Weapons, Armor and Artifacts around to better match these Enchantments when you get a chance to use them.

S-Rank Melee Weapon Enchantments

Name Effect
Anima Conduit ImageAnima Conduit Each soul you absorb grants a small amount of health.
Committed ImageCommitted Deal increased damage against already wounded enemies.
Critical Hit ImageCritical Hit Powerful EnchantmentGives you a chance to inflict critical hits dealing triple damage.
Enigma Resonator ImageEnigma Resonator Gives a chance to deal triple damage based on the number of souls you have.
Freezing ImageFreezing Slows mobs after hit for three seconds.
Gravity ImageGravity Powerful EnchantmentThis effect pulls mobs in range towards the weapon's impact point.
Radiance ImageRadiance Powerful EnchantmentHas a 20% chance to spawn a circular area that heals all allies within it.
Rampaging ImageRampaging May give you a temporary attack speed boost
Soul Siphon ImageSoul Siphon When you hit an enemy, gain a 10% chance to grant you a bunch of extra souls.
Weakening ImageWeakening Your attacks temporarily decrease the attack damage of all nearby enemies

S-Rank Ranged Weapon Enchantments

Name Effect
Accelerate ImageAccelerate Increases attack speed for each consecutive shot. Resets one second after the attack.
Enigma Resonator ImageEnigma Resonator Gives a chance to deal triple damage based on the number of souls you have.
Gravity ImageGravity Powerful EnchantmentThis effect pulls mobs in range towards the weapon's impact point.
Piercing ImagePiercing Fired arrows sometimes gain the piercing effect, which allows them to fly through multiple mobs.

S-Rank Armor Enchantments

Name Effect
Chilling ImageChilling Powerful EnchantmentEmits a blast every two seconds that reduces the movement and attack speed of nearby enemies for one second.
Cool Down ImageCool Down Reduces the cooldown time between uses of your Artifacts.
Deflect ImageDeflect Grants a small chance to deflect incoming projectiles.
Protection ImageProtection Powerful EnchantmentReduces damage taken.
Snowball ImageSnowball Fires a snowball at a nearby enemy every few seconds, briefly stunning it.
Swiftfooted ImageSwiftfooted Rolling makes you move faster for three seconds.

List of A Tier Enchantments

Enchantments in the A Tier are no slouch, and have the potential to significantly improve a Build which needs an extra boost.

When one of these Enchantments appears, consider if it might be the keystone your characters need; that said, they're not quite useful enough to necessitate changing around your whole Build to match them.

A-Rank Melee Weapon Enchantments

Echo ImageEcho Some of your attacks are followed up by another in rapid succession
Leeching ImageLeeching Defeating a mob heals you a small portion of the mob's max health
Prospector ImageProspector Find more Emeralds on fallen enemies.
Sharpness ImageSharpness Makes your weapon sharper, making it deal more damage
Shockwave ImageShockwave Powerful EnchantmentThe last attack in a combo launches a shockwave, damaging enemies.
Swirling ImageSwirling Powerful EnchantmentThe last attack in a combo performs a swirling attack, damaging nearby enemies.
Thundering ImageThundering Has a 30% chance to summon a lightning strike that damages nearby enemies.

A-Rank Ranged Weapon Enchantments

Name Effect
Chain Reaction ImageChain Reaction Powerful EnchantmentHas a chance to fire five arrows in all directions on impact.
Fuse Shot ImageFuse Shot Every few shots has a timed charge that explodes one second after impact, dealing 100% damage to nearby mobs.
Growing ImageGrowing The fired shot grows in the air, dealing extra damage to distant targets.
Infinity ImageInfinity Chance to immediately replenish an arrow after shooting.
Multishot ImageMultishot Grants the chance to fire five arrows at once.
Power ImagePower Power boosts arrow damage.
Rapid Fire ImageRapid Fire Increases your attack speed.
Ricochet ImageRicochet Small chance for arrows to ricochet off mobs.
Supercharge ImageSupercharge Charged shots deal more damage and have more pushback.
Wild Rage ImageWild Rage Hitting an enemy has a chance to send it into a rage, making it hostile towards everyone.

A-Rank Armor Enchantments

Name Effect
Final Shout ImageFinal Shout Powerful EnchantmentWhen your health drops below 25%, all your artifacts are used (ignoring cooldown periods).
Food Reserves ImageFood Reserves Whenever you use a healing potion, you also create random food items.
Health Synergy ImageHealth Synergy When activating any artifact, you regain a small amount of health.
Potion Barrier ImagePotion Barrier Whenever you use a healing potion, you take -90% damage for a short duration.
Recycler ImageRecycler Being hit by damage-inflicting projectiles will occasionally craft a small quiver of arrows.
Speed Synergy ImageSpeed Synergy When activating any artifact, you gain +20% movement speed for a short time.

List of B Tier Enchantments

The B Tier Enchantments are still fairly usable, but there are other Enchantments which provide similar effects with better results.

As you'll need to Salvage a Weapon or Armor to get its Enchantment Points back, consider waiting to see if you find another gear with an S or A Tier Enchantment first before equipping one of these.

B-Rank Melee Weapon Enchantments

Exploding ImageExploding Powerful EnchantmentMobs explode after they are defeated.
Fire Aspect ImageFire Aspect Sets mobs on fire for 3 seconds, dealing damage over time
Looting ImageLooting Increases the chance for mobs to drop consumables.
Poison Cloud ImagePoison Cloud Has a 30% chance to summon a poison cloud that deals damage to enemies in an area for three seconds.
Smiting ImageSmiting Increases damage against the Undead
Stunning ImageStunning Chance to temporarily stun enemies.

B-Rank Ranged Weapon Enchantments

Name Effect
Poison Cloud ImagePoison Cloud Has a 30% chance to summon a poison cloud that deals damage to enemies in an area for three seconds.
Radiance Shot ImageRadiance Shot Has a 20% chance to spawn a circular area that heals all allies within it.
Tempo Theft ImageTempo Theft Powerful EnchantmentSteals a small amount of a mob's movement speed and gives it to you for four seconds.
Unchanting ImageUnchanting Projectiles deal more damage to enchanted enemies.

B-Rank Armor Enchantments

Name Effect
Electrified ImageElectrified Rolling zaps three nearby enemies with lightning bolts, dealing damage.
Soul Speed ImageSoul Speed When you gather a soul, you gain a 1% stacking movement speed boost for a short time.
Surprise Gift ImageSurprise Gift Whenever you use a healing potion, you sometimes create random consumables.
Thorns ImageThorns Whenever you take damage, you deal damage back to the attacker.

List of C Tier Enchantments

The Enchantments in the C Tier are not unusable, but as Enchantment Points are a scarce resource, and choosing an Enchantment will lock that Weapon or Armor into its effect, you might want to think twice before using one of these.

C-Rank Melee Weapon Enchantments

Name Effect
Chains ImageChains Has a 30% chance to chain a cluster of mobs together and keep them bound for a short time.

C-Rank Ranged Weapon Enchantments

Name Effect
Bonus Shot ImageBonus Shot Firing a shot also fires a second shot at a nearby enemy. The second shot has reduced damage.
Punch ImagePunch Boosts arrow pushback.

C-Rank Armor Enchantments

Name Effect
Burning ImageBurning Every 0.5 seconds damages all enemies in melee range.
Cowardice ImageCowardice When you are at full HP, you deal increased ranged and melee damage.
Explorer ImageExplorer For every one hundred blocks explored on the map, you regain a small amount of health.
Fire Trail ImageFire Trail Rolling creates a trail of fire behind you, which deals damage to mobs for four seconds.
Frenzied ImageFrenzied While you are at less than half health, your attack speed is increased.
Gravity Pulse ImageGravity Pulse Powerful EnchantmentA blast occurs every five seconds that pulls nearby enemies towards you.

It is not about tiers of things, but about reasonable overall combinations of things which fits for your favor. Pick what kind of style you want and build up combinations of things to make it reasonable for yourself - This is what the game is standing for.

I think it's better to think of the enchantment when you already are in the end game with end game items. I mean, you'll just salvage your current gear/s if you got better gear/s.
