The only way to get this Trophy/Achievement is by playing with a friend. You will need to revive this friend exactly 20 times to get this Trophy/Achievement. This could be either through online or offline. Either way will still net you this Trophy/Achievement to show off your teamwork skills!

One way to farm revives for this Trophy/Achievement is by finding a high ledge on the map. With the ledge, you can continuously fall from it to take damage until you are downed. Then the other player can revive. Rinse and repeat until the Trophy/Achievement pops up!
