    I think it means that every 12 sec when you are under 25% health it activates all artefacts

    theory if you put final shout as enchantment and totem of regeneration + 2x love medallion it would make you very powerful. please check the theory out and tell me the results!!!!

    Final Shout is worth it because with three totem of regenerations and Final Shout you’re invincible!

    What does "Every 12th second mean?" Does that mean it checks for low health only every 12th second?

    This is definitely worth it. Works well if you have the Health Synergy enchantment. You'll instantly recover 15% HP if your HP drops down by 25% and if you maxed out the Health Synergy enchantment.
