ok her signature lightcone is more of a QoL improvement, It give her crit rate and some sp so it makes her rotation slighty better in certain teams that need more sp and easier to build. Other 4 star lightcone with high rank or 5 star are not that behind (less than 18%). Her E1 fix her only problem , it make her stack reset from 1 to 15 (so its build up faster) and about 20% increase in dmg fix alot of problem for her in single target scenario.
She cost me a lot cause lost in 50/50 in hard pity and get her garanti in 82 pull gosh I don't have enough for aglaea now... Fortunately, the characters in 3.1 don't interest me so I can save I guess..

I dont have her sig light cone and put a battle pass one on her "another peaceful day?" and she works great. As the article says its a quality of life upgrade, not a giant leap forward.
should i still pull for her if i don't plan on pulling for her sig light cone? i personally don't really care about herta but i do want a good ice dps hence the question
it is. I run her with mini Herta, robin and Aventurine. I'm just using debuff set not her bis set ATM I just tried and first time I clear moc with just auto.
I don’t think so,since Rappa is a super break character and she would need Ruan Mei/Harmony Trailblazer/Fugue.I would recommend you to use The Herta with Mini Herta,but if you have Jade use them together.

okay but could definitely be better, pela can easily be replaced by RMC and I would really advise you to swap jingyuan to mini herta
does her enhanced skill count as a FuA? My Izumo ornaments are trash but I have pretty good Inert Salsotto ones

I would like to get her because I'm interested in her gameplay but I find scholarship characters are such a thing they can't be used everywhere and because I miss Lingsha and she has a rerun right away and I want to get Aglaea I have to pass with a heavy heart. Unless someone on Youtube says she's good

She's so cool but I'll probably get her on a rerun since i still need to finish like 5 characters i already own, (sunday, fugue, acheron kinda and lingsha) i don't need to add on 2 more with Big Herta and Himeko and due to the upcoming summoner meta (yaaaaaay........) would rather save resources for them

......You can also try Herta with Qingque but then i would go with Sparkle not Robin.
My opinion her best teams : 1. Herta + Rappa + Fugue/Ruan Mei + Lingsha 2. Herta + Jing Yuan + Sunday + Lingsha/ Aventurine 3. Herta + Jade + Robin + Lingsha/ Aventurine and then all other erudition chars + Robin + Lingsha/ Aventurine
