The first Rhythm Game challenge you will encounter in this event. This one is particularly easy and you just have to follow the Rhythm. It's advisable to wear your headphones to properly listen to the beat.
While it might be confusing at first how the Rhythm works in this game mode, the simplest way to understand the beat is to visualize splitting the Rhythm Bar at the center in half.
This gives you an idea of what to focus on and when it's your turn to press to the beat. This can be helpful later on in hard stages where the judgment line is missing.
Possibly the hardest Rhythm Game challenge in the first set of songs. Instead of having to deal with 2 beats, it's now 4 beats with some offset notes thrown in the mix. The best way to complete this is to react when the Judgement line reaches the center of the note in easy mode.
In hard mode, this is much more difficult as there are no more judgment line. You'll have to listen to Peppy's Rhythm and make sure to watch out for the offset notes.
You can follow the advice mentioned in the March of Sweet Dreams to know when it's your turn to press a button to prepare yourself. You also don't need to have a perfect score to get all the rewards, simply not missing is enough.
The final Rhythm Game challenge for Sound Hunt: Initiation. This time, the setup is the same as March of Sweet Dreams. Visually, you will be able to tell when to press the button by looking at the Silver Trashcans and pressing just before they flex their muscles.
Sound Hunt: Initiation is the second mission of the Sound Hunt Ninjutsu Inscription event. Here, March of Sweet Dreams, I Am Peppy, and Hip Hop Underground are the music challenges that can be completed to gain inspiration for the Dreamscape Rock performance!
