if we use 2 piece set is already enough because 2 piece will give 6% 4 piece really can't work well because ulti yukong more to attack even she can buff crit rate and crit dmg on ally

Bronya's ULT doesn't target enemies. Her ULT buffs all allies.
just use the 4pc band of sizzling thunder or smth like that the 20% atk is better then this SPD since you are going to use a SPD boots

Yup saw this when i was looking today, it's the same reason Bronya's LC isn't as great for her since she can't benefit from the skill point due to her ult targeting enemies.
I'm really sorry to inform you, but this set won't be too good for Yukong. Her ultimate is used on enemy, and not on actual teammates. So you'll only utilize the two-set bonus for her.
